Join us on May 7 at 11 AM ET for a webinar on navigating the post-RIA EB-5 landscape and positioning your clients for success before the 2026 grandfathering deadline.
EB-5 After the RIA: Jobs, TEA Designations, and the 2026 Deadline is designed for immigration attorneys handling EB-5 cases who need to understand how USCIS adjudications have evolved under the Reform and Integrity Act, particularly for direct EB-5 projects, and want to strengthen their case preparation strategies in this new compliance environment.
In this session, Joshua Wallace, VP of Sales at Joorney, sits down with Christian A. Triantaphyllis, Partner at Jackson Walker & Matt Wolf, Senior EB-5 Advisor at Joorney, to discuss how attorneys can navigate USCIS’s heightened scrutiny, prepare bulletproof documentation, and help clients meet critical deadlines.
What You’ll Learn
Some questions that will be answered:

- What specific job-creation assumptions or methodologies are receiving the most scrutiny in post-RIA adjudications?
- How critical are construction and operational timelines in post-RIA adjudications, and what problems arise when projects fall behind schedule?
- How has USCIS’s review of TEA designations evolved since the RIA, and what legal challenges are most common today?
- What are the most common RFEs or NOIDs you’re seeing today, particularly in direct EB-5 cases, and how can they be mitigated early?
