2026 Business Immigration Summit by Joorney

Great news for business immigration attorneys and professionals: the 2026 Business Immigration Summit by Joorney returns November 17–18. This year, we’re bringing the full two days to a single, US-focused track built to give your practice a real edge.

This two-day virtual event is built for immigration attorneys and professionals working business immigration cases every day. It will feature 10 sessions, with CLE accreditation from The Florida Bar “currently pending”. Attorneys who are members of other local bars will receive a certificate of attendance, which they may use to self-apply for credit with their own bar association. Registration includes on-demand recordings for 90 days after the Summit concludes, so nothing is missed.

Last year’s inaugural Summit brought together more than 1,200 registrants and over 850 live attendees. This year’s program is more focused: 10 sessions built around the theme “From Uncertainty to Opportunity: The Future of Business Immigration” where industry-expert attorneys will cover AI’s role in business immigration practice, building National Impact cases, alternative pathways when H-1B isn’t an option, source-of-funds scrutiny, and more.
