Joorney at AILA TX/NM/OK Chapter 2023 Spring Conference: Dual Track Conferences Remain Immigration Trend
– Joorney at AILA TX/NM/OK | March 30th – April 1st
Joorney was honored to sponsor the AILA TX/NM/OK Chapter 2023 Spring Conference held in Austin from March 30th to April 1st, 2023. As proud sponsors, we had the chance to network with top immigration law experts and gain insight into emerging trends within our industry.
On March 31st, our Executive VP Dairung Chiang was the keynote speaker at the conference, where she shared her experience in immigration business plans, discussed the latest trends related to business immigration, and shared some real-life cases. The two case studies are focused on assisting clients with their business plans for immigration purposes.
In the first case study, the client had limited funds and faced an RFE, and we strategized with her attorney to combat it from three angles. It highlights the Client’s background and business potential, presenting letters of intent and pending proposals from interested clients, resulting in her approval.
In the second case study, the client submitted a business plan that was more suitable for a capital raise than for immigration purposes. Joorney worked with him alongside his immigration attorney to make necessary adjustments to be more realistic and conservative for immigration purposes. This approach was successful in addressing immigration concerns and ensuring Client’s application was approved.
During her speech, she emphasizes the importance of understanding the readers and the purpose of the business plan and working as a team with the immigration attorney and client to find creative solutions. Joorney Business Plans has helped over 15,000 clients and is always available to assist with business plans for immigration purposes.
At our booth, Dairung was available to discuss how our business plan services can assist your clients with both past and future cases. It was an ideal chance to network with industry experts.
We would like to express our gratitude to the TX/NM/OK Chapter of AILA for hosting such an enjoyable event. We look forward to attending future AILA functions and continuing our support of the immigration industry.
