Joorney’s Growth Leads to Customer-Centric Promotions within the Team

Joorney is excited to announce internal promotions and the creation of new key positions. Due to our continued growth, these changes have been made to ensure that no matter our size, we are able to continue to provide the top-tier customer service and unparalleled quality that our partners and clients have come to expect.

Paul Monson, previously Director of Sales, has been named Chief Commercial Officer. Paul joined Joorney in 2014 as Joorney’s first salesperson and has since created a customer-centric culture within the company which he lives, practices, and instills company-wide on a daily basis. He will continue to focus on nurturing the relationship with Joorney’s partners—both existing and future—and is now also responsible for establishing, maintaining, and refining policies and procedures across departments to ensure every contact the customer has with the company, from marketing and sales to receiving their invoice and delivery of our product, is a positive and memorable one.

Replacing Paul in his prior capacity will be Marianella Manzur, previously Executive Director of Joorney Canada, who has now taken on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing for the US & Canada. As the business world evolves and becomes increasingly digital, there is a greater need than ever to have sales and marketing operating in step with one another to facilitate a seamless and efficient client experience. Marianella, who joined Joorney as VP of Sales in 2016 has worked tirelessly to launch and develop our Canada division. Her success there, which harnessed the power of both marketing and sales efforts, has proven how effective these two key business functions can be when run in tandem. She will now apply this approach company-wide for a greater impact both internally and for our clients and valued partners.

Internal Company Announcement

Jonathan Jarmon, who began working with Joorney in 2014, initiated and established the highly successful Canada division alongside Marianella. Jonathan has served in a number of key functions for the division, spanning sales and operations and most recently Financial Director of Canada. Financial management is where Jonathan shines and he has now taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer, overseeing, supporting, and streamlining the financial operations for the company on a global level. His work in his new role will not only allow Joorney to stay positioned for continued growth but also ensure we are able to continue to offer extraordinary business-critical documents at affordable prices.
