The First Free Joorney Webinar – EB2-NIW as a Strong Option for Eligible Applicants

Immigration professionals, are you interested in offering or expanding your reach with the EB2-NIW? This webinar is for you!

Welcome to Joorney’s free webinar series! In our first webinar, we are discussing the EB2-NIW visa. As eligibility for this type of visa depends on the vague definition of what professions are of national interest to the US, it is good to hear the most recent experience from a legal professional with vast experience in the immigration process, specifically with EB2-NIW visa.

Joorney Business Plans finds the best sources and the most beneficial information, which is why we are delighted to bring in our special guest to dive deep into the program and its peculiarities. Our guest in this webinar is immigration attorney Carmen Arce from Arce Immigration P.A. An attorney with over 20 years of experience in Immigration Law and a Board-certified Immigration and Nationality Law expert, Carmen Arce has the knowledge to share about the EB2-NIW visa program.

You will receive answers to the key questions about EB2-NIW visa – types of applicants, the best supporting evidence that proves national interest contribution, the necessity of NIW for business immigration, and much more. You will also be able to seek answers directly from our respected guest.

Some of the questions we will discuss are

  • Why are the current E2 visa holders changing status to EB2-NIW?
  • Has the EB2-NIW category become an option instead of potential L1A applications, E2 or even EB-5 Direct Investment applications?
  • What areas are not recommended for EB2-NIW?

Does EB2-NIW have more approvals than other employment base (EB) visas?

Finally, find out the importance of Joorney’s approach to writing business plans for EB2-NIW visas and what our experience is in writing business plans in partnerships with law firms from our Director of Sales & Marketing, Marianella Manzur.
